You don’t need me to tell you this – there are lots and lots of programs and products out there promising to make us more beautiful. I can list you at least tens if not hundreds of products being sold to make us more beautiful. I myself have a shelf full of products in my bathroom that I apply daily to ensure my outer appearance remains as unscathed by time as humanly possible.
We all put daily focus on what our outer appearance looks like – whether it is the mere combing of our hair or the putting on of make up.
What would happen if we spent time putting our daily “anti-pollution serums” and “UV (ultimate vengeance) blockers” on our hearts and minds as well? After all “..true beauty comes from your inner personality, not a focus on the external. For lasting beauty comes from a gentle and peaceful spirit, which is precious in God’s sight and is much more important than the outward adornment of elaborate hair, jewelry, and fine clothes.“ (1 Peter 3:3-4 TPT)

What a Heart Spa session consists of:
Cleansing: Looking to God to first remove the sins of our hearts
Exfoliation: Seeking God, asking Him to reveal any dead parts on the surface of our hearts that He wants to scrape away or dry parts of our hearts that we haven’t watered in awhile that he wants to deal with.
Extraction: Allowing God to really go deep, to uncover and remove the lies we hold deep within that are preventing us from receiving the nourishment He wants our hearts to receive and stands in the way of us truly living our full and filled lives.
Mask: It’s time to replace the lies with truth! Let’s invite the Lord to fill our hearts with deep nourishment through His word. Taking the time to sit in and absorb all that the Living water wants to quench our hearts with.
Toner: Decide on an action plan on how to keep our hearts refueled by God on a daily basis – to tone up our hearts
Moisturise and SPF (Spirit Protection & Filler): Let’s lock that Living Water moisture in and protect it! Invite the Holy Spirit now and daily to fill our hearts daily with truth and protect it.
